We are in the process of awarding contracts to build two large power projects in technological collaboration with global solar technology providers. The ever-increasing energy demand in India coupled with shortages of coal & gas along with rising environmental issues is a cause for a growing public concern. ReSun wants o tackle this problem by building solar electric power stations that provide large-scale, low-cost, reliable, renewable energy. ReSun aims to be a technology agnostic company and will employ the best-possible technology available for its various power plants. We plan to build large utility-scale power plants for supply to national grids as well as smaller distributed power plants located close to centers of consumption. The ReSun team brings together expertise in solar energy research, engineering, manufacturing, power project development and finance to address this need. The company designs, manufactures and deploys low-cost, large-scale, solar electric power stations, selling electric power at prices competitive with today's fossil-fired generation.
